As the the spring anime season comes to a close, here are my thoughts on the shows I watched.
The Dangers in my Heart
A social outcast with murderous delusions has a chance encounter with the target of his supposed killing intent. Instead of the aloof beauty from his delusions, the girl turns out to be a friendly and awkward oddball. As the two grow closer, he realizes that his self imposed label of a dangerous murderer was only ever a defense mechanism for his social ineptitude.

Too Cute Crisis
A group of aliens visit earth to determine our worth as a species, and discover that earth animals are the cutest thing in the galaxy, to the point of physical distress for them.
Wacky and fun cute animal related hyjinks.

My Clueless First Friend
A girl who is bullied for her creepy demeanor has an encounter with a cheerful and straightforward boy, who thinks being friends with 'the grim reaper' is the coolest thing in the universe, and proceeds to help her become more confident, and fix her reputation through brute force positivity.

Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear - Punch!
A straightforward, and sometimes unhinged continuation of the first season.

My Love Story with Yamada-kun at Lv999
A Shoujo romantic comedy that centers around a group of guildmates in a casual MMO, and their in game and out of game relationships. The focus is primarily on the friendly and outgoing Akane, who is recovering from a breakup, and the pro gamer Yamada, who keeps people at a distance to avoid hurting them with his insensitive personality.

Insomniacs After School
Two students who are polar opposites socially, bond over their shared insomnia, and the trauma that causes it. After getting discovered sneaking into the school observatory to nap, they are somewhat forced to join the astronomy club, and end up working together to put their sleepless nights to use.

Otaku Elf
A cozy slice of life comedy about the daily life of a shut in elf who lives as an enshrined deity, and her friendship with her exasperated shrine maiden. There are many history lessons sprinkled throughout as the elf recalls stories from her life during the Edo period, as well as the occasional sombre reflection on the nature of immortality, and the pain of living with the memories of everyone you ever cared for after they have passed on.

A Galaxy Next Door
A rather strange romance between a Manga, who is working to support his younger siblings after their parents passed away, and an kaguya-esque princess from a remote island cult. The story is primarily about balancing the desire for freedom and self reliance, with learning to depend on the people around you when the going gets tough.

Skip and Loafer
Mitsumi moves from her small country town to the big city, filled with big aspirations and optimism. As you would expect, a big city school has all sorts of hirarchies, and underhanded social manoeuvring. However, Mitsumi clumsily smashes right through all of it, befriending several people from completely different groups, and ultimately saving them from each of their unecpectedly complex traumas through the power of pure weaponized positivity.
The star of this show is really the side charactes, who each have their own problems and motives that come to light as they become caught up in Mitsumi's carefree pace.

Kubo Won't Let Me Be Invisible
This show was delayed from last season, so I am finishing it now.
A cute and comfy slice of life comedy about a girl pestering the supernaturally forgettable boy she likes.

Mashle: Magic and Muscle
One Punch man goes to Hogwarts.
An absurd action comedy about a clueless muscle-head who can't use magic enrolling in a magic school and defeating discount Slytherin by punching them in the face.
Also, the OST is top tier.
