The Magical Revolution of the Reincarnated Princess and the Genius Young Lady
The free spirited princess of the kingdom gave up her right to the throne in order to pursue "magicology", in order to give magic to all, including herself. She ends up accidentally crashing a school ball, where the prince, her brother, is in the middle of the otome game trope of publicly denouncing his fiancee. She decides to kidnap the fiancee and takes her to the king to ask if she can have her instead (as her research assistant, and maybe wife).
Together, they work to undue the rotten traditions and magic exclusion of the nobility, to bring about a new age of freedom for all.
Also they super gay.

ONIMAI: I'm Now Your Sister!
After a childhood of feeling insecure compared to his genius younger sister, Mahiro Oyama becomes a shut in, until one day he wakes up as young girl. Turns out his sister is more of a mad scientist, and gave him a drug she made as part of her plan to rehabilitate her older brother by giving him a second shot at life. It turns out that the sister actually cares a lot about her useless older brother.
While the story is mostly goofy shenanigans, it also has a lot to say about identity, fitting in, and finding the place you belong.
Also, the animation quality is consistently top tier; possibly one of the best looking shows this season.

Endo and Kobayashi Live! The Latest on Tsundere Villainess Lieselotte
Yet another deconstruction of the otome-game flavor of isekai, wherein a duo of sports commentator types play an otome game together that turns out to be a real world where real stuff is happening, and the characters in the game become able to hear their commentary.
They use this power to rehabilitate the terminally tsundere villainess character in order to achieve a happy ending for everyone!
Has an excellent OST, and a super satisfying ending.

Farming Life in Another World
A straightforward isekai about a guy that gets reincarnated in the middle of a dangerous forest with a magic farming tool, which he uses to build a settlement, which eventually expands into village with a quirky cast of settlers, that also happen to be incredibly strong beings that terrify the surrounding civilizations.

The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten
A romance drama where the reserved MC discovers that he lives next door to the class "Angel", who everyone idolizes. They become close as they are both able to be real with each other, without the mask they wear for the sake of other people.
While the MC tries to keep things platonic, because he thinks that's the only reason she opened up to him is because he demonstrated he wasn't interested in her romantically (and he is technically correct, at least at first), it becomes increasingly clear that she has come to like him, and wants to get closer.
It's nice to see a MC that acts in a more mature and collected way when it comes to relationships.

By the Grace of the Gods Season 2
Not much to say about this one. Season 1 was ok, but season 2 was just a jumbled mess of self actualization moments that didn't feel earned. It didn't help that the actual quality of the products is among the worst I have ever seen.

Handyman Saitou in Another World
One of the most unique isekai shows I have seen, in terms of presentation. Each episode is formed from seemingly disjointed skit that start as some kind of isekai trope but with an unexpected and absurd twist. The skits also feature all sorts of strange characters and situations.
Over the course of the show, the different story lines gradually merge into a cohesive, but still absurd narrative.
Towards the end, there are some incredibly well animated fight scenes.
The overall theme is of a downtrodden worker learning what it means to be valued by society.

Campfire Cooking in Another World
Classic cozy cooking show, where the MC's special power is the ability to access an online supermarket that delivers Japanese food, ingredients, and tools to the other world. It helps that he is actually a pretty good cook in his own right, and uses his cooking skills to befriend and tame a powerful fenrir, the most adorable slime that has ever existed, and several gods.
Also, a lot of the cooking scenes are gloriously well animated. Sasuga Mappa.

Tomo-chan is a Girl
A story about the aggressively tomboyish Tomo-chan, who accidentally friend-zoned herself so hard that her male crush doesn't even see her as a girl anymore.
While initially it seems like the guy is just super dense, it ultimately turns out they they both have some deep seated insecurities that they have to work out, with the help of their not particularly helpful, but very funny friends.

Kubo Won't Let Me Be Invisible
a supernaturally forgettable guy and the only girl in class that can reliable perceive him are cute at each other
This show takes place in the Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai universe, probably.
