I finished watching Cyberpunk Edgerunners together with the love live crew.
It's not the kind of show I would normally choose to watch, but I'm glad I watched it together with everyone.
I was really impressed by the art, as well as the dialogue, which did a really good job at incorporating the Night City Slang and various character's vocal tics. I was less of a fan of the overall story and character motivations, which ultimately lead to an incredibly depressing, but logical conclusion.
Still, I can definitely see why the internet is going crazy about it.
Afterward we spent some time talking about our varies tastes in anime. I shared my Anilist profile, and most of the others shared that they had only heard of a few of the shows on it.
Nick does like Ascendence of a bookworm, so that's nice. Maybe someday I can find a SOL show to watch together with Walley and the rest.
