For our first day in the Great Smokey Mountains, we decided to visit Dollywood, which is a famous theme park in Pigeon Forge. You can probably guess what it's about.

The first attraction was the Dolly Parton experience; a museum of her life and legacy.

Next, we continued along a period themed street, which also had some rides and a recreation of Dolly's childhood home.

We then made our way over to the genuine steam train, which you could ride in a loop through the park. I am something of a train enjoyer myself, so I was very excited for this.

While on the way to get lunch, we passed a Merry-Go-Round that Dasha wanted to ride, Jason, Dasha and I rode it together.

After lunch, we wandered the craftsmen area a bit doing some shopping, got some of the famous dolly bread, and then decided to call it a day and head home.

Back at the cabin, we got some pizza and then watched Tucker and Dale vs Evil, which was very funny.
