At the start of the day, I was not aware I would be going to the Ice festival. Alena had decided to buy a chair for our parents, and I was tasked with picking it up.
The pickup location was in Stow, near Akron, so after a harrowing drive through post snowstorm conditions, I got the chair, and then made my way to the parents house to deliver it.

On the way back, I passed through Medina, and saw there were a bunch of ice sculptures set up in the square. After delivering the chair, I decided to stop by on the way home.
Medina had also been visited by the Oscar Mayer weiner mobile for some reason. There was a guy telling hot dog jokes, and you were allowed to take a look inside.

I then walked around the ice scuptures.

There were some food stalls set up, so I got some mulled cider while walking around. On the way home, I picked up some fudge and cream cheese pastries.
After heading back from the ice festival, I stopped by the Habitat For Humanity of Medina County ReStore, which has some crazy funtiture and stuff.
While there, I found a vintage small tri-pod I could use with my DSLR

I also got a simple suction cup style phone holder for my car. I was able to attach it in the lower left corner of my windshield, and it's kind of a game changer for me, in terms of my ability to drive in new places.
