Jackson invited me to go to Octoberfest, in Berea. We met at my apartment and drove over together.
We parked in a ddifferent parking lot, and walked totthe event location, while talking about car centric infrastructure, and how traffic is a death game.
We were primarily there for the food, and we started off with a pretzel, which were being made fresh in the booth.
We walked around for awhile after, and got a bratwurst and potato pancake with sour cream and apple sauce. both very tasty.
After Jackson tried some beer, we got some vanilla custard soft serveiice cream cones. It was really good, but mine kind of exploded on me as I tried to eat the final bites.
Finally, I got some strudel to take home. While we were standing in line, we got to pet some dogs, including a pretzel dog.
After we got home, Jackson stuck around for awhile to talk and play some games.
First we took turns fighting the first final boss of Cave Story, and then I made Jackson try Noita.
We also tried a bit of the strudel, which was delicious. It will make a great terrible breakfast tomorrow.
