Whale Watching and Blue Lagoon

We went on a boat tour to try and spot some whales. The ocean was quite rough, but the views were amazing.

We didn't spot any whales, but there were lots of dolphins. Also, basically everyone on the boat got seasick.

Afterward we went to the Blue Lagoon, which is an (un)natural hot-spring. It is not, in fact, filled with gatorade.

The lagoon is located in an old lava field, so there is a lot of old volcanic rock.

The water in the lagoon is runoff from an old geothermal power station.

I'm not sure exactly when these were, either on the way to or from the blue lagoon.
