The Prophet 21 World Wide User Group is an independent forum of Epicor Prophet 21 users. Every year, they host a convention with various presentations and discussions related to P21, and this year I was selected to go, along with Joe and Daniel.
My flight out was in the afternoon, so I got to enjoy the nice weather on the way.
Other than having to justify my large tube of medical dietary supplement, I got through security without issue. On the way to the terminal, I just happened to run into Christie and Anna, from the accounting department. They were also going to WWUG on the same plane, and we ending getting breakfast / drinks together.
Well, they had drinks anyway. I just had an omelett.
The food was tasty, and chrisie picked up the tab (expensed to the company of course)
Onward to the plane and Dallas.
After arriving and getting slapped in the face by the heat, we took an Uber to the hotel.
Both Joe and I's rooms were upgraded to an executive suite, due to Joe's rewards account. Daniel didn't get a fancy room, but he graciously accepted his peasant status.
The room itself was pretty excessive. I'm pretty sure it was the same size as my apartment.
I spent the afternoon just chilling in the room, then headed down to the lobby for the evening presentations and dinner.
